Definition. The percentage of supply held by the top 1% of addresses by balance. Gini Coefficient and Herfindahl Index are related concentration metrics.

Technical. For ETH and ETH tokens, exchange addresses, smart-contract addresses, and other special asset-specific addresses (e.g. team-fund addresses) are excluded. For ETH tokens, burn addresses are excluded. The percentage is relative to the summed balances of the included addresses, not to circulating supply.
