Definition. A measure of network validator responsiveness, tracking the proportion of available slots in which the assigned proposer successfully produced a block.

Technical. Calculated as (Total Slots - Slots Missed) / Total Slots.

Interpretation. A reading of 1 means every scheduled slot produced a block, and lower values reflect the share of slots in which the assigned proposer failed to do so.
