Technical. Issued (minted) coins are not included. For BNB, ETH, SOL, TON, TRX and XRP, fees of failed transactions are included. For TON, the mean excludes message forwarding fees. For ETH aggregated across networks, the mean is total fees divided by the number of successful transactions.
