Definition. Balance of Known OTC Desks is the cumulative balance of BTC stored in addresses associated with Over-The-Counter (OTC) desks, covering three identified desks and therefore representing a sample of the broader OTC market rather than its entirety.

Technical. OTC metrics are based on Glassnode's continually updated set of labeled OTC-desk addresses, together with statistical and data-science methods that are refined over time. The series is therefore mutable: its established history is stable, but recent data points may revise as labels update.
