Technical. Issued (minted) coins are not included. For BNB, ETH, SOL, TON, TRX and XRP, fees of failed transactions are included. For TON, the median excludes message forwarding fees. For ETH aggregated across networks, the median is a transaction-count-weighted average of the per-network medians.
