The total number of slots where a validator failed to produce a block. This can occur if a validator is offline, or opted not to propose a block in their allocated slot.

This is the Point-in-Time (PiT) variant of Missed Blocks. PiT metrics are strictly append-only and their history is immutable. The historic data does not necessarily reflect the best current knowledge, but the information at the time when a data point was first computed.
