Definition. Futures Long Liquidations Dominance is the share of long liquidations within total liquidations, computed as long liquidations divided by the sum of long and short liquidations.
Interpretation. A reading of 50% means an equal amount of long and short liquidations. Values above 50% indicate that more longs were liquidated, values below 50% that more shorts were liquidated.
